Sustainable Income generally invests in senior secured loans, but depending on the nature and circumstances of each business we also offer second lien loans, mezzanine loans, and other debt instruments with equity-like features. Transaction types include factoring, growth capital, recapitalization, refinancing, acquisition financing, and occasionally venture debt.

Based on our investment team’s decades of experience in private credit, investing in private businesses, and operating small and lower middle businesses, it is a natural fit for us to invest in companies with revenues typically less than $20 million and EBITDA less than $5 million, making investments from $100,000 to $5 million.
